November 1 will mark Dick's 20th anniversary with the University. Dick’s qualifications as the Assistant Director of the UMD Center for Economic Development are many; among them are that he has been a business consultant for the past 20 years at CED, and he is an entrepreneur and small business owner. Through the years he has taught numerous workshops on "Starting a Business in Minnesota" and "Writing a Business Plan" as well as designing and teaching an Entrepreneur Development Program that has helped numerous entrepreneurs become successful business owners...
