Constitution and Bylaws
The CAPA constitution and bylaws govern the actions and decisions for the organization. CAPA representatives, chairs and executive committee members refer to both articles for direction regarding governance. The articles are viewed by the Representation and Governance committee each academic year. Any updates or changes are brought to the CAPA representatives and discussed. All changes to the constitution or bylaws are approved or denied by CAPA representatives.
